#CoreFitSuccess week: The reluctant stories can be the most important.
Many may know David Caserta for running 5 miles from the Ben Franklin Bridge, BEFORE taking Saturday morning CoreFitness Boot Camp. But Dave (down 130 pounds) is example of fitness not being about a perfect pant size; rather it's about longevity, hard work and having fun with those with which you're doing it.

"Gina made reference of a comment to me one day that I recall quite often..."You can do anything for 20 seconds." With that, I realized small steps are OK and do work!"

How about that.

#CoreFitSuccess story #3: New mom Abby Thai. Sometimes what's said before the story is the most memorable:
"This helped me to reflect and remember why I do what I do, and I'm doing pretty good." (Yes Abby, we agree whole heartedly!)
Abby has stayed active with her CoreFitness Boot Camp and Shred classes before, during and after pregnancy.
"To me, my biggest success is that I haven't stopped. This could be the easiest time of my life to make excuses for why I don't have time to exercise, but I haven't done that."

To Abby, and all the new moms who lead by example, and just keep moving, you are doing WAY better than you'll ever know. Keep it up, somebody is watching. :)
