Cynthia is a fitness professional with a background in finance. She earned her Series 7 License while employed as a Trading Associate at Merrill Lynch. While learning to manage her years in Corporate America, Cynthia developed a strong interest in the benefits of good nutrition and fitness. She came to realize her true fervor was in the health industry and actively began pursuing this industry in 1998. She has been an asset to Philadelphia's fitness community ever since.

Cynthia is a Certifed Personal Trainer and Fitness Counselor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). As a trainer, Cynthia believes whole heartedly in striving for fitness goals, whether it's a 5K race or an Ironman competition. She is an accomplished marathon runner and triathlete, and can attest first hand to the feeling of accomplishment earned by crossing the finish line. It is this feeling of triumph that she strives to help her clients achieve.

Her most recent endeavors include the Philadelphia Olympic & Sprint Triathlons, June, July and August 08, Timberman Half Ironman, Aug. 08, Diamondman Half Ironman, Sept. 08, and the Philadelphia Marathon, Nov. 07.

Cynthia can take you to the next level of fitness while demonstrating how rewarding the benefts of good conditioning can be. She firmly believes in a moderate lifestyle with a healthy balance rather than deprivation. Her personal mission is to teach others that fitness can be fun.
