Boot Camp FAQs
Q: Where does the group meet?
A: Indoor winter classes meet at 23rd and Brown on Tuesday nights (Jan 26-March 30) and at 725 N. 6th Street on Monday nights (Jan 18-March 22). Outdoor Urban Boot Camp meets at the bottom of the Art Museum steps, on the left side beginning March 27th
Q: How long are the classes?
A: Each class is one hour long.
Q: Do I need to be in shape to take this class?
A: Class participants are all fitness levels. CoreFitness Boot Camp instructors are skilled at providing a workout that meets the needs of each individual, regardless of fitness level. Past participants have included people beginning a fitness program and people training for marathons and triathlons.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: You should bring at least one bottle of water. You may want to bring a towel, some exercises are performed on the grass/cement.
Q: What are the class fees?
A: The walk-in rate is $15/class. Call 215-421-7856 to ask about package rates.
Q: What if it rains (applies to outdoor classes only)?
A: Classes are rain or shine. However, if it is thundering/lightening, class will be cancelled. Check the website at www.core-fit.com for an up-to-date schedule of classes.
