Small Group Sessions
Exercising with friends is more fun and cost effective! You are more likely to stick with your program when you make a commitment to exercise with a friend. Physical Therapy
Our licensed Physical Therapists are qualified to help you recover from injury, surgery or illness. Whether you have a new injury or chronic pain, we will evaluate your condition and develop a program to meet your specific needs. CoreFitness is the place for you to exercise safely and effectively.
