FireFighter Benefit - Thursday May 3rd
Join CoreFitness for an event benefitting the families of the Philadelphia FireFighters killed in the April 9th, 5 alarm warehouse fire. The event includes a Boot Camp class at the Art Museum steps from 6:15-7:00 PM, instructed by Cynthia Brown and Justin Duff (elite trainer at Tac Fit and Philly firefighter) followed by happy hour at Jack's Firehouse on Fairmount ave at 7pm. Meet, train with and support your Philly FireFighters. Happy Hour includes open bar and light snacks from 7:00-8:30 PM. $30 suggested donation, all proceeds go to familes of Philadelphia FireFighters

Special Fitness Events

Outdoor Boot Camp
Meet at the bottom of the Art Museum steps for an invigorating, heart pumping session.  All fitness levels encouraged to attend.  Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:15 and Saturday mornings at 9 AM.  Walk-ins are always welcome ($15/class) or use your class card.  Don't miss what we have in store for you this year - it's all new and guaranteed to give you the results you want.  Contact gina@core-fit.com for more information.

Kids Dance/Movement Class

Cardio Kickboxing

Zumba  Get ready to dance your way to fitness!  Join master instructor Meghann Weaver and be prepared to shake it on Monday evenings 6:30 - 7:30 PM March 12 - May 7th.  NO CLASS ON MONDAY APRIL 30th.  Next 8 week session starts June 18th - August 2nd 2012.   Class meets at the Ukrainian League at 23rd and Brown streets in the Fairmount neighborhood.  Walk-ins welcome $15/class, or use your class card or register at www.shop.core-fit.com for discounted rates. It's Easy to Exercise with CoreFitness
No registration fees, no long term memberships!  Just show up for class when it's convenient for you.  We know there are challenges to fitting exercise into your daily schedule.  Our business model makes it easy for you to exercise when you want to!  Simply show up for any class and pay the walk-in rate ($15/class) or purchase a discounted class card (10 classes for $99 or ask about other packages).  There is no card to carry.  We keep track of your attendance and let you know when you're due for another package.
