Fitness Assessment:

It’s important to know your baseline fitness level before you begin your personal training workout regimen. Our assessment includes body fat and body mass index (BMI) analysis, blood pressure screening and postural evaluations. Each assessment comes complete with an exercise prescription to help you reach your fitness goals. Looking for more than one session? One-on-One Sessions:

Personalized attention designed to help you reach your goals. If you want to lose weight, increase strength, return to your pre-baby figure or train for a race, your search for a personal trainer ends here. CoreFitness has a reputation for functional and effective fitness routines, using a combination of equipment and body weight resistance for results you just can’t achieve on a treadmill. Trainers are available early mornings, day time and evenings, on weekdays and weekends. Our trainers will tailor any workout to any location and YOU will get the same fantastic results. We love to be inventive and create workouts on the spot.
