CoreFitness July Shred: July 9th – 20th


CoreFitness is beyond excited for our upcoming July Shred Series! It’s one of our most popular series based on the extreme results, unmeasured camaraderie and trainer support leading right up to Memorial Day Weekend!

This program combines a strict, but sustainable exercise and nutrition program to ignite your metabolism and develop overall strength and sleek muscle definition. A 50 minute full body, cardiovascular and strength- building work out served 5 days a week! Expert guidance and support coming at you from all angles.

Weekday mornings, Monday through Friday, at 6 AM

Location will vary, to be determined at the Art Museum Stairs
