What:
This program combines a strict, but sustainable exercise and nutrition program to ignite your metabolism and develop overall strength and sleek muscle definition. A 50 minute full body, cardiovascular and strength- building work out served 5 days a week!
When:
One Week – Monday through Friday, March 19th – 23rd
Where:
Location vary between front and back of the art museum stairs!
Monday, Wednesday – Water Works Pier
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – Front of Art Museum
