In-Person and Virtual Shred Details
Virtual Class Schedule:
- Look forward to a killer line up with Cindy, Lauren and Lauren Rose targeting different muscle groups each day to define your muscles and leave you feeling energized and ready for more! *All Virtual Shred Classes begin at 6:15 AM, Monday- Friday.
In-Person Outdoor Class Schedule:
- Gina, Lindsey and Debby will be mixing it up on Monday – Fridays at 6:00 AM at the Art Museum Steps!

No problem, all Shred participants, virtual and in-person, can access our class recordings!
Nutrition Component:
Our plan is simple, but not easy. We want to challenge you to 12 consecutive days with 2 simple concepts: Consume fiber daily and reduce or fully eliminate sugar. We will show you how to properly implement the guidelines that are included in your shred series documents and provide tactics along the way throughout the series to assure you succeed!
You can do anything for 12 days, and believe us, YOUR abs will thank you!
