This program combines a strict but sustainable exercise and nutrition program to ignite your metabolism and develop overall strength and sleek muscle definition!

A 50 minute full body, cardiovascular and strength- building work out!

1 WEEK of Shred! Monday (3/7) to Friday (3/11) at 6:00-6:50AM

Class location will vary from front and back of Art Museum daily and this information will be included in welcome email!
