September Shred – 2 Week Series begins Monday, September 14th – 25th weekday mornings!

Look forward to fitness classes, nutrition challenges and wellness practices in September’s series! Classes will be weekday mornings at 6:15 AM via zoom with optional outdoor shred classes available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 AM at the Art Museum.
